Swedish Massage

Swedish massage is the most commonly used form of classic massage methods. It induces relaxation in the deep tissue muscles through a combination of five basic strokes. With its sliding, kneading, rubbing, tapping, and vibrating motions, the effects can reach deep-lying tissues and organs. Typically this kind of full body massage should last at least an hour. Due to manual influence on the muscles, skin, blood circulation, and lymphatic vessels, Swedish massage leads to full body relaxation.
